By using this site, you agree to our terms and conditions listed below.

  • All our bags are photographed to ensure the colour is represented as accurately as possible.
  • Sizes quoted do not include the length of the handle and are to be used as a guide only.
  • All prices listed on our website are R.R.P. and G.S.T. inclusive.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
  • Postage/delivery pricing is not included (please refer to Postage & Delivery)
  • Payment will be by credit card only (please refer to Payment Details)

Postage and Delivery

  • All orders must be paid in full before being shipped.
  • Orders will be sent via Australia Post (within Australia only) and the postage ($10.00) charged with your order.
  • Orders will be shipped with 2 working days of receiving payment.
  • All orders will be shipped with a tax invoice receipt and packaged securely to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Payment Details

  • Once you emailed order is received, you will be notified, via reply email, of availability and the total amount due, including postage.
  • Our customer service representative will contact you to arrange payment over the telephone.
  • We accept Visa Card, Mastercard and American Express.

Returns Policy

  • Any request for a refund or replacement must be communicated via email prior to returning the product.
  • An authorisation number must be given by Bag Sac Design before any return will be accepted.
  • You are entitled to a refund or if you prefer, an exchange if the following is true. However the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
  • The goods are or become faulty through no fault of your own
  • The goods do not match the description or sample except where the colour may vary slightly due to photography.
  • Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring them to your attention.
  • The goods are not fit for a stated purpose.
  • Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.
  • Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
